Our Little League Board had their first meeting of the 2020 season.

New officers were elected:

• President: Rory Mosley
• Vice President: Pat Ortiz
• Secretary: Arlene Abernathy
• Treasurer: Peggy Swaringen
• Player Agent: Britny Walker
• Safety Officer: W.C. Abernathy
• Information Officer: Donald McArthur
• Coaching Coordinator: Britny Walker
• Fundraising/Sponsorship Manager: Tammy Fincher
• Equipment Manager: Tyler Luke
  

The board adopted the new 2020 budget and then agreed upon the following items of business.

1. Registration will open now and close February 26
2. The League will once again contract out the concession stand
3. Registration fee will once again be $55 per player.
4. Uniform order deadline is March 5th
5. League will provide cap and jersey
6. Coaches Meeting / Draft is March 4th
7. Opening Day is March 28th
8. Dodge Ball tournament will once again be hosted as a fund raiser and is set for March 28.
9. Little League will this year raffle off a $500 Texas Ranger package with 4 tickets, hotel room, and $100 gift card.  (Winner has option of just taking $500 cash).  Kids will sell the raffle tickets with an incentive based prize package depending on how many tickets they sell.
10. Work day is set for March 14
